One thing we’ve all learned over the last couple of years is we can do almost anything together online! I am a huge fan of home workouts, with and without equipment, but those home workouts are still better with the buddy system! Virtual training includes a plan specific to your body’s needs, aligned you’re your goals. And while we’re at it, let’s go ahead and design your workouts not to include things you hate – life’s too short for that!

This is a perfect option for people who have been active for a while and know what they enjoy doing, but need well-informed input for things like modifying or progressing existing workouts or strategically planning workouts from an existing/free app to reach specific goals. It’s also great for less experienced folks who may need some advice and direction from a knowledgeable source to ensure progression at a safe and steady rate. This is sort of like having a personal trainer on-call to answer questions and help you reach your goals with evidence-based information.
