Evaluate Your Bend & Lift


I talked a lot about the importance of bending & lifting properly earlier in the week, and I wanted to round that out by providing a little info about how to evaluate a squat and work to remedy any issues.

It’s one thing to tell you to record yourself to check form, but I want to actually show you what to look for, and what the may mean for your body.
