What is a certified health coach anyway?!

Simply put, a health coach is your specially trained personal wellness advocate.

We are skilled at the development and implementation of lifestyle programs to improve health, fitness, and overall well-being.

We are here to be a source of information and unwavering support, helping you reach self-determined goals to improve overall health, wellness, and most importantly – happiness.

We believe in evidence-based lifestyle medicine and a holistic approach, which means addressing root causes and prioritizing the basics: sleep, stress management, nutrition, and enjoyable movement.

I’m here to empower you to set and achieve goals you have dreamt about for a long time, but have been scared to try. We are going to do it, one small achievable goal at a time.

Weight loss, management of chronic disease, reduction of chronic pain, increased stability, mobility, and increased daily functioning – these don’t have to be dreams.

The hardest part is getting started, but don’t worry – I’ll be here every step of the way.

It can help improve an organization’s wellness culture while providing evidence-based support in a group and individual setting.
