Daylight Saving Time is a great opportunity to make some adjustments in our routine to help improve sleep since we’re working with a little extra padding as our bodies adjust. With that in mind, I wanted to share the things that have drastically improved my quality of sleep because it really is our foundation. Without it, everything else will eventually suffer. I still struggle with getting to & staying asleep at times, of course, but my sleep patterns have wildly improved over the last few years as I’ve implemented these changes. As always, start slowly. Like I said, I didn’t do all of these things at once, and it’s taken time to figure out exactly what works for me.
